DO I NEED PTOSIS SURGERY?

Was considering surgery for the ptosis in my right eye..but wasnt sure if i really need it (im constantly aware of it/ doesnt bother my vision but makes me self-conscious)..?? Opinions please.. Like how bad is it reallY?? lol nd no sugar coating it..thanks.
